Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy 

Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made prior to July 21, 2025, will be refunded minus a 20% administration fee. 

There are no refunds for cancellations made on or after July 21, 2025, unless the activity is canceled. The $25 pre-registration fee is non-refundable.
