Celebrating Women: A Quilter’s Perspective

A Special Exhibition Challenge Sponsored by Mancuso Show Management

As Mancuso Show Management celebrates National Women’s History Month, we are proud to announce our inaugural juried quilt exhibit to premier at the upcoming Pennsylvania National Quilt Extravaganza, September 11 – 14, 2025, at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks, PA and then travel to the Mid-Atlantic Quilt Festival, February 26 – March 1, 2026 at the Hampton Roads Convention Center in Hampton, VA. 

Whether it’s dynamic heroines in history, inspiring quilters and mentors, or closer to home in your family tree, this challenge asks its entrants to create a quilt that honors the woman or women who have made a great impact on your life. Please note this does not need to be a pictorial quilt, feel free to be creative. 

Half of the Challenge's entry fees will be donated to A Women's Place that is based in Bucks Country, Pennsylvania. Founded in 1976, A Woman’s Place (AWP) is the only domestic violence community benefit organization in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
