Nina McVeigh
Stevens Point, Wisconsin

Learning to sew at her Grandmother’s knee, Nina does not remember a time when sewing was not a part of her life. Although she has a degree in education, she owned her own quilt shop and Bernina dealership. During the 14 years of owning her own store she developed and taught her original patterns and designs in Bernina Clubs and Classes. She designed the Butterfly Quilt used in 2005 Bernina advertising campaigns and she has also designed quilts used in the Bernina World Wide Educational Material. She also designed the recently Bernina featured Modern Mix, Chloe and Contour Appliqué Quilts. Nina has been published in several magazines and is an avid quilter, heirloom sewer and loves to do all kinds of embellishment.
