If you have always wanted to relax and learn hand quilting, this workshop is for you! Pat Yamin has cut and assembled beautiful fabrics into kits that will help you relax while practicing no stress quilting of straight lines, curves and even circles - you will learn to sandwich your quilt, baste it with either pins or thread, and practice the time honored skill of a bygone era. Come and learn how to comfortably and properly hand quilt. All levels. Materials List: Basic sewing supplies. Blue painterís tape. Basting thread or large safety pins. Small scissors. Needle threader. Quilting Between needles. Neutral colored thread. 14Ē hoop (optional). Batting of choice pre-cut to 36Ē x 45Ē. Pat will provide the top and backing for the project in the kit, $25 payable to instructor.
