No Knots and Tiny Stitches, Half Day

Okay, you have finished the quilts ... now what? Pat is offering this workshop for all quilters who have wanted to learn how to hand quilt. She will have kits ready and you will learn how to sandwich the quilt, baste either with pins or thread and learn the time honored skill of hand quilting. No hoop or frame will be necessary. All levels. Materials List: A roll of blue painter’s tape. Basting thread or large safety pins. Thimble. Crib size of your favorite batting, at least 36” x 36”. Quilting Betweens, Sharps or Appliqué needles, all work well. $25 kit fee, payable to instructor, includes the top and backing for the project.
