Creative Ps & Qs, APQS, & IntelliQuilter generously sponsor quilt festival competition
Mancuso Show Management returns to the West Coast for the 27th year of the Pacific International Quilt Festival. On October 11 through the 14, the quilt festival will have exhibits, informative workshops, and competition quilts that can be viewed at the Santa Clara Convention Center in Santa Clara, CA.
Each year the festival puts on an extensive merchants mall including exhibitors, some of whom are special vendor competition sponsors. This year, the festival is proud to welcome Creative P’s and Q’s, APQS: Quilt Forever, and IntelliQuilter as special vendor sponsors who have graciously agreed to sponsor the Pacific International Quilt Festival’s competitions.
Creative P’s and Q’s is an online quilt store, which can be found on Etsy, offering its own exclusive quilting patterns and kits created by Pernille Gutschick who is a prize-winning quilter. With 180+ shades of Hoffman 1895 Bali Watercolor batiks in stock, Creative P’s and Q’s are the purveyors of the rainbow. They carry a wide selection of colorful and intriguing batiks with prints and digitally printed fabrics. The shop also manufactures their own exclusive precuts as well as commercially produced ones.
APQS hand crafts their quilting machines in Carroll, Iowa. Previously known as the American Professional Quilting Systems, this shop has been providing customers with superior quality long-arm machines for more than 30 years.
IntelliQuilter offers an after-market add-on for long-arm and mid-arm quilting machines. The motor control system can easily be attached to the carriage and machine head. These products make it easier to switch between computerized and free-hand mode. IntelliQuilter is available to use for even some of our other sponsors like APQS, Bernina, Gammill.
