Saturday workshop opportunity: Circles, Circles presented by Eti David, a talented quilter who enjoys teaching those who love the craft as much as she does!
Eti David who is traveling to the Pacific International Quilt Festival from Ramat Hasharon, Israel started working in patchwork and quilting 32 years ago when. In 2005, she went to the Quilt Surface Design Symposium in Ohio and became familiar with fusing. This technique changed her attitude towards quilting, and today, her quilts are mainly art quilts. Eti’s influences are daily life, nature and Israeli painters. She uses commercial fabrics as well as her own hand-dyed fabrics. She has taken part in many exhibitions in Israel, Europe and the USA and has had a solo exhibition in the Netherlands. Eti is also the Israeli coordinator for the World Quilt Competition.
Eti really enjoys sharing her knowledge and skills with others and would like to teach you all about circles on Saturday, October 15. In her full-day Circles, Circles workshop students will learn about line and how to create a running path using curved lines. You will also learn Eti’s easy fusing technique as well as beautiful and easy quilting.
A past student of Eti’s wrote, “What patience she has! Such a confident teacher! I learned so much!”
You’ll want to sign up for this workshop today – you’ll learn about circles and more from this skilled instructor from Israel!
