Caroline Hershey Makes Teaching Debut at PNQE

Traveling from her sheep farm on Chincoteague Island, Virginia, Caroline Hershey to be at Quilt FestivalCaroline will be presenting a workshop for the first time at the Pennsylvania National Quilt Extravaganza, September 15-18 (Oaks, PA / Valley Forge area). She will  teach,  Cable-licious, on Saturday, 9/17/16, from 1 to 4pm.  Caroline will teach the beautiful technique of knitted cables. Using hand dyed yarn from Chincoteague Island, you’ll explore the technique of cabling, creating a reversible super soft scarf. Moving stitches with the aid of a cable needle, you’ll see how cables moving left or right are created giving a smooth flow to your knitting.
