Eileen Billey hand appliqued, hand embroidered and hand quilted Cannelle et du Chocolate. Her efforts resulted in the quilt winning Best of Show in the Northeast Quilt Competition at the Quilt & Sewing Fest of New Jersey, March 3-6 in Somerset, NJ.
