Pre-Registration & Cancellation Policy

For those participating in workshops or lectures there is a non-refundable registration fee of $20.00 that includes entry to the Quilt Show and Merchants Mall for all show days and the “Meet & Greet.” Pre-registered persons will receive a complete registration package (ID badge, activity confirmation, etc.) and may go directly to their activities without going to the registration or admission areas. The pre-registration cut off date is December 30, 2013.

Mail, Fax or Telephone Pre-Registration
To register by mail, fill out the registration form and mail to World Quilt Show-Florida, P.O. Box 667, New Hope, PA 18938 or fax to (215) 862-9753. You may print the form at worldquilt.com. To register by telephone using Visa, MasterCard or Discover, please call (215) 862-5828, Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm e.t.
Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations made prior to November 22, 2013 will be refunded minus a 20% administration fee. There are no refunds for cancellations made on or after November 22, 2013, unless the activity is cancelled. The $20.00 registration fee is non-refundable.
